We keep digital roadmaps moving, whatever the gap.
You have a gap in a team and a deadline that does not move. This page says what we can do about it, in what order, and what we need from you.
Three ways to fill the gap
Almost every request lands in one of three shapes. A consultant joins your team and works under your management, invoiced per day worked. Or we run the hiring for a role you will own yourself, and hand over the contract once the fit is proven. Or you hand us a scoped piece of work and an AMA team delivers it, with one person accountable for the result.
Nothing stops you from starting in one shape and moving to another. Most of our long agreements began as one consultant on a three-month assignment.
What happens after you contact us
The first call is short and specific: which team, which stack, what the person will actually do in their first month, and when they need to start. We would rather ask four questions than send you ten profiles.
You then get a shortlist, not a database export. Each profile comes with the reason we think it fits, the comparable work the person has done, and their availability. Interviews happen with your team, in your process, at your pace.
What we check before a name reaches you
Technical level is verified by someone who has done the job. Beyond that we check what actually breaks assignments: the working language of your team, how decisions get made, on-site expectations, and whether the person has worked in a comparable organisation before.
When we do not have the right person available, we say so. An approximate CV costs you a week and costs us the relationship.
Terms, plainly
Rates and notice periods are agreed in writing before anyone starts, role by role, for the length of the assignment. The search itself is not billed, and a conversation costs nothing.
We are used to framework agreements and public procurement: AMA appears as an approved supplier for large banks, energy operators, public bodies and European institutions, so the paperwork is familiar ground rather than a first attempt.
Where we work
Brussels is the head office; Paris and Lyon cover France, London the United Kingdom and Amsterdam the Netherlands. Consultants work on client sites, from our offices, or hybrid, depending on how your team operates. Roughly 200 people work under our name, across project management, analysis, development, infrastructure, security and data.
What we need from you
A role description in whatever state you have it, the name of the person who will make the decision, and a realistic start date. That is enough to begin. Everything else comes out of the first conversation.
Tell us the profile and a recruiter gets back to you. Rather post the job yourself? Create a company account on ice-berry, our job site.
