Three ways to get the profile you need

One of our consultants joins your team and we invoice by the day. You manage the work, we handle the contract.

We find the person and employ them for the first months. If it works, they move onto your payroll.

Not sure which one fits? Tell us the role, the city and the start date. We come back with names, availability and a day rate, and we say which of the three makes sense. The people are the same in all three cases — only the contract changes.

Consultant on your team

We know exactly who you need.

Because we get to know the role first: your team, your stack, what the person will do in their first month. Then you get names that make sense, not ten profiles.

How it works

One of our consultants joins your team and works with your tools, at your pace. You manage the work. We invoice per day worked, at a rate agreed in writing before they start. AMA stays the employer and handles the contract. An AMA manager looks after the consultant throughout the assignment.

Why it works

Our consultants often stay on the same accounts for years, so we know how those teams actually work. We also check that the person has done comparable work, in an organisation like yours. When we do not have the right person, we say so rather than send you an approximate CV.

When to choose it

You need a skill in your team for a set period and want to manage the work yourself. Assignments usually run for several months and are extended when both sides want it. If you mean to take the person onto your payroll later, choose ‘Try before you hire’.
